The new album from Ke$ha is a true pop album masterpiece from the producer, Dr. Luke. At the time he heard her music, he was working on the remake of the 1985, Dead or Alive hit, "Right Round." Dr. Luke wanted Ke$ha to sing on the on the record, and this was the beginning of her professional career.

    Animal took shape quickly, as many of the songs, including "Boots and Boys" and "Dinosaur" were written over three years earlier.     This is the first true pop album since the the 1980's and the likes of Madonna.
